  2. The job market consists of choosing the right employee for the job, and the skills that are required for that particular job. Also the job market includes where individuals fit into a specific job, skills that are necessary for the job, and also careers that fit an individual's personality. Personal skills are based off an individual's likings, so my career path, can be different from someone else, because of our personalities, so our jobs on the market will be different.

Over the past week in Personal Finance, I've learned numoerous things about the job market. Being seventeen is an odd age. I have to depict what field I want to further my knowledge in at such a young age. The job market is one of the most broadband things in the world. Schooling is the most important thing. The more education a person has, the more they are able to accomplish. Myself, I would like to further my studies in Pharmacy. Looking at the requirements, wages, and tasks, this seems to best fit my personality. The job market for pharmacy will be high within the next ten years therefore going through six years of tough schooling is worth having a high paying job for the rest of my life.

From this first part of the semester ive learned what jobs are always in need for emplyment and what ones are relatively safe with benefits ect. Ive also learned that i belong in the more social work force such as police officer or fire fighter. The job market right now is not doing well. So when we pick our jobs we want to pick something that will be there when we’re out of college. With a job like a social worker it might not be that easy to find something, but I can still help people and make a difference in their lives.

What I've learned about the job market is that you have to find a job that plays to your talents or interests. You need to find a job that you're good at. Then to get the job there are four ways such as newspaper, employment agencies, friends or family, and of courses any kind of student services. Then you must prepare once you have an interview, to do that you can practice what you will say, be well groomed, know about the company and the interviewer, and be on time. After you have the interview you should keep searching for jobs and send a thank you letter to the interviewer.

  7. I've learned many things about the job market during this chapter. I have learned that the majority of people are in a job that they hate and many don't know what to do in interviews in order to get their perfect job. You need to match yourself with your perfect job instead of doing something that people think you should do. I feel that I would be best in either the healthcare field or by doing something with art.

  8. What I have learned about the job market is you need to figure out what you like and what your interests are in order to incoroporate that into what your career is going to be. You need to be happy with your choice and enjoy doing what you do, or you are going to be a miserable adult. You also need to know what jobs are going to be available in the upcoming years, because many are going to disappear.
I know that I am outgoing and I like to care for people so I would like a job where I work with people and help them. This is why I want to be a nurse.

The job market is directly proportional to the state of the economy. The economy is down the toilet. (So far down that it will take some time to get it back.) Ergo, due to the state of the economy, certain jobs will be in more demand than others. Jobs, such as health care and teachers, are still in demand.

So, where does someone like me fit into this chaotic world of jobs? Quite frankly, I’m not too sure myself. I do know that I can memorize facts and put them into a paper and hand it in for some sort of grade; I also know that I have a morbid interest in the legal system this glorious country is founded on. I tell people I want to be a lawyer, but that’s what I tell people. That could change between now and college and the end of college.

  10. I learned about my personality and where id fit into the job world. Also i learned how to make sure my resume is ver neat and done the right way. Another thing i learned was what to do and what not to do during a job interview. All this has shown me that the job market is very hard

  11. So far, I learned who I really am and how I would fit into the job market. I answered questions to find out my personality code that offered me some jobs that suit my personality type. I realized how important school really is for my future. Without an education, you’re almost guaranteed you won’t find a good, well-paying, steady job. I learned what you should and shouldn’t put on a resume. Also, I learned how to handle an interview before, during, and after.

  12. What I have learned about the job market and where I fit in is that you should do what you are good at. I learned that you have to fit a mold to work for almost any company some companies you must be outgoing and loud others you have to be persuading and charming. I have learned that I can be out going and loud but that’s not me all the time I have learned that I am investigative and artsy and those are the types of jobs that I should be going for. I have learned what you should and shouldn’t do before and after a job interview. I’m sure there is more that I have to learn but so far this is what I have learned and where I think that I fit in.

In personal finance I have been learning that the job market is a very tough situation where you have to find yourself and where you are comfortable. Why? Because its a difference between a job and a career were a job is for the mean time and career is something you can see yourself doing for a very long time or for the rest of your life. Also I have learned you have to be well rounded and be well prepared because if you did not the next person looking for the job will.

  14. I have learned various things depicting the life of the job world. The job world consists of various jobs that suit various different personalities as well as specialized skills. Our jobs now are trivial compared to when we get the job that we actually want. Our jobs now prepare us and are are baby steps into the real world. I learned that references on a resume as well as previous experience can be what gets you the job. Over all the job world is an enticing one that requires perserverance and listening skills.

  15. What i learned about the job market so far is that you need to figure out who you are and what you are good at to get the job thats right for you. Getting a job is hard these days so you gotta do everything right in order to get it like performing your best during an interview and filling out a detailed resume. I think I would be best in law enforcement, the marines, or anything else that fits in that catergory.

I learned that the job market is doing very well right now. I also learned that when your picking your jobs always pick something that you will always need. I also now that theres a lot of people that are looking for jobs too so you have to have a little extra so they pick you over someone else.

  17. I think that one major thing to consider is finding the skills that you have. Without knowing what skills you specialize in will make it more difficult for you. Also identifying your skills will help you to better know yourself and who you are as a person. without knowing this information, you cannot know what you want to do in your life and how you would like to succeed. It is very important to find this information out as soon as possible.

  18. What i've learn about the job market is that. The better the pay the longer the wait. Which means that if you want a job which will pay real good then your going to have to be in college longer. So where I fit in, well i'm sure i'd could do construction. Or be a astronmer one day, but mostly i'd fit in to places where I could use my hands, or knowelegde of space.

  19. Job markets are sometimes very hard and difficult. There are jobs that people like and dislike in life. People might think the job that they are working at is too difficult and hard that they just quit on the company. It makes the company have a bad impression on them. If you work somewhere that is easy and fun, you will succeed and enjoy it.

  20. The job market is very tough right now. It is very hard for people to find jobs. It is important to figure out what you want to do with your life so you don't get stuck with a job you hate. There's nothing better than waking up everyday and actually wanting to go to your job. I've learned who I am by taking my personality test, and now I figured out what category of jobs I fit in to best. This makes my desicion making a bit easier. I've also learned what to do and what not to do while during a job interview.

  21. This is what I learned about the job market so far is that it’s really bad right now so it’s hard to get a job. You need to have a good resume and you always dress the part so you will look good. You should always have a smile on your face and never be late. Never take a friend to a job interview. You need to have a great education. I think I want to own my own bakery when I get older because I love to bake so that would be a Professional business

Covering the job market i have learned many things. Jobs are very crucial right now and when going for a job you have to be better than the others. Going to college and having many degrees help tremendously. I believe i fit into the health care market, because I want to become a doctor of some sort.

The job market is something you have to explore until you find what you love. Everyone fits into the job market somehow, in their own unique way. As of today, it is crucial that you find what you love and further your education in order ti get where you want to be. Today, it is more difficult to get a job than it was say ten years ago. Personally, I would like to pursue Psycology, especially in teens.

During the past two weeks of personal finance i learned that the job market is very scarce right now. The economy is doing bad so there aren't that many jobs needed for employment. being seventeen, i need to start thinking and planning out my future, job wise. what field i want to study and what i'd like to do. i have to make sure what i want is something that will be employing after i get out of school.

I learned to always be ready for an interveiw, and to do what I love. I have found that I either want to be a dentist or surgeon. I look foward to learning more about the job market and how it works. It seems very interesting and I am learning a lot about what I want to do in life.

while learning about the job market this week in personal finance, i've learned that it is difficult to get a fulfilling job if you don’t have an education, the odds of succeeding in it are miniscule. i've also learned that i have certain traits that make me well suited for some jobs and obsolete for others.

This first topic of the semester was very interesting. I learned the proper way to search and prepare for getting hired or getting fired. Patience is a key when posting your resume on different job sites and buildings. I learned that the job interview is very important in making a good impression and on how to get the job. Dressing appropriately and acting in a well-behaved matter are two keys to getting the job.

Things I have learned about the job market are that you should choose a profession that you will enjoy doing and what you will never hate. This job should come easy to you and should be easy to be hired to because you should have had history of your life that could relate to that job.

I have learned so much about the job markets. Some of the key points are, how to prepare for a job interview, ways to get a job interview, and what kinds of job are good for you. Other things I have learned about the job world are to find a job or career that interests you. Don’t do a job that you don’t like, make sure that it is something you can see yourself doing for a long time. Make sure you also have great references, and a good resume. Be smart, be on time, and make the right choices. I feel that I fall under the medical field. I choose this career because I like to help people, and want to be very successful in life.

As everyone knows the job market is extremely rough right now. Many people are losing their jobs. Also many students are going to college to get a degree in a job that is over populated. This is causing people not to find jobs or lose their jobs. What i learned is that you should do what you love but look into the field and know what you can make of it when you are out of college. The best category that i would fit into would be government. Most of the jobs that i am looking into are controlled by the government.

So far, I have learned various key concepts in order to succeed in the future. For example, I learned that the job market is very competitive and in order to obtain the career of your choice, you must be sure of several things. Be sure that your résumé is organized and relevant. Also, be sure to know the interviewer’s name when going on an interview. You should ask them questions too regarding their business in order to show you have great interest as well as to be at the top of their list or possible employees when hiring someone. Also, from many websites I learned my code is ASE. This means that I am mostly artistic and would hopefully succeed in careers such as being a writer, lyricist, etc. In only a few weeks I have learned a multitude of valuable information to help me thrive in the future.

What I have learned about the job market is that it is a very tough situation right now. In order to be succesful you need to figure out what you like and what you are good at. Once you know this, you need to know the right way to approach finding and obtaining this job. Finally once you get an interview you need to go about it in the most proffesional and mature way possible to give you the best chance of getting the job.

  40. In my journey through this chapter, I have learned that without a good education you cease to exist-socially and econamically- if you don't have a good education. Also, it is harder to get a job then ten years ago. For example, history teachers, are not in as much demand.

What I have learned about the job market is that right now it is in a bad spot. So this can be hard for me at my age of sixteen. It can be difficult to try and find out what I want to do in life, like what job do I want. Since the job market is doing so badly I have to make sure that the job I choose will be significant in a few years. Such categories as agriculture, education, and health care. I also learned the proper way to handling my resume and how to get a job interview. All of this can be crucial in order to get the job you want.

From this first few weeks of this class I have learned many things about the job market. I now understand where I fit into the market and how I would go about procuring employment. I need a strong resume and a good interview to lock up a job. Also it doesn't hurt to have several good references from past employers. I fit into the job market because as an employee, I am a cog in a wheel and vital to keep places of work afloat.
