    An example of a job content skill would be if your a web application developer then your job skills would include photo editing, PHP scripting, Flash animation, photoshop.

    An example of a self-management skill would be being able to fit in with the company, bosses, and co-workers. If your applying for a job at hollister you probably will not be walking in with a leather jacket on just stepping off your harley cause your personality would not fit in.
